“If you have goals and procrastination you have nothing. If you have goals and you take action, you will have anything you want.”
– Thomas J. Vilord
My entire life I’ve struggled with productivity, time management, and procrastination. Productivity became an obsession for me, I read every book and apply every strategy I could to become more productive.
Most of the strategies didn’t work for me. Over many years I learned what worked for me and what didn’t.
I discarded the productivity advice that didn’t work and built my own productivity strategies based on what worked for me.
My entire life I didn’t know I had ADHD and I wasn’t diagnosed until the age of 34. It was then I realized why productivity had been such a struggle and obsession over my life.
My entire life I thought that everyone faced the same struggles with procrastination, time management, and productivity. While everyone does have struggles in these areas, it is different for people with ADHD. This made sense why so much of the productivity advice didn’t work for me.
This site and podcast were created to share the practical productivity tips, advice and strategies that have worked for me over the years.
